This beautiful family property is located in Lanzarote in a quiet residential area next to the 18 hole Costa Teguise golf course. The city center and the beaches are just a 5 minute drive away.
This villa consists of 2 floors and 6 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with single bed with the possibility of adding 1 single bed), it can accommodate a family of up to 12 people.
From the beautiful and bright hallway is the living room with air conditioning, corner sofa, dining table, flat screen TV, satellite TV (limited channels), Smart TV, with windows facing the swimming pool.
On the same level is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker. There is also a table and chairs in the kitchen and a central island which provides ample workspace.
Crossing the hallway you will find 3 bedrooms. A bedroom with a king-size bed and large walk-in closet, a bedroom with two single beds and a single bedroom with a bed.
A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where you will also find 3 other bedrooms. The master bedroom opening onto the terrace, with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bedroom which share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have fans.
From the first floor you access doors leading to the large terrace with views to the interior and the golf course as well as to the sea.
On the ground floor, from the hallway, patio doors lead to the large private terrace and the electrically heated swimming pool (size approx 11m x 4m, depth varying from approx 1.2m to 1.6m).
At one end of the pool there is a shallow area ideal for the little ones. Comfortable sofas are located on either side of the doors that lead to the swimming pool, in this area there is a very bright room for the enjoyment of children, equipped with board games, children’s books … There is also a ping -pong and others. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
For the head of the family there is a Canarian barbecue and an outdoor table with a large umbrella for shade.
Wi-Fi is available with this villa at no additional cost. Easy parking and next to the villa.
Finally, we offer you various services, to be coordinated between us, according to your wishes and your means, in order to make your life easier and make your stay in Lanzarote unforgettable. These services are diversified and varied, they can be, among others, the organization of car rental with delivery to the airport or home, a home chef, a babysitter, the organization of sports activities such as trekking, hang-gliding, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, golf, etc. In short, we are here to help you feel at home … or better than at home.
